MANAB SHOP ("we", "our", "us") operates the
Fixmatter: Book home service mobile application (the "App"), which helps users book
home services such as electricians, plumbers, and beauticians. This Privacy Policy explains what
information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information
in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information to provide and improve our services:

3. Location Data & Retention
If you grant location permission, we access your device's location to show relevant service
availability in your area. We store this location on our servers for up to
24 hours. This allows the App to work
efficiently without requesting your location every single time you open it. After
24 hours, the stored location is automatically refreshed
or removed.
Location permission is optional. You can allow or deny it at any time from your device settings.
If you deny or later revoke location permission, some features of the App (such as showing
professionals near you) may not work correctly.
4. How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your account.
To process and fulfill your service bookings.
To show you nearby service availability based on your stored location.
To communicate booking confirmations, updates, and support messages.
To improve the App's performance, reliability, and user experience.
To comply with legal obligations, where applicable.
5. Data Security & Encryption
Your name, mobile number, and location data are transmitted between the App and our servers using
industry-standard encryption in transit (such as HTTPS/TLS). This helps protect
your information from unauthorized access while it is being sent over the network.
While we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, no method of
transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties for their marketing or
advertising purposes. Your information may only be shared:
With service professionals assigned to fulfill your booking (e.g., name and contact number, so they can reach you).
With trusted service providers who help us operate the App (e.g., hosting, SMS/OTP delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or company.
7. Data Retention
Location data: retained for up to 24 hours, then refreshed or deleted.
Name and mobile number: retained for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8).
8. Your Rights & Choices
Access & correction: You can review and update your name and mobile number from within the App.
Location control: You can enable or disable location permission anytime from your device settings.
Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at fixmatter@protim.co.in.
9. App Permissions
The App may request the following device permission:
Location: used only to determine nearby service availability, as described in Section 3. This permission is optional and can be denied or revoked at any time.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information
from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us
so we can take appropriate action.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with
a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
